The second lecture was published in 1953 under the title "The Question Concerning Technology," which, along with the lecture "The Turning," represents Heidegger's most complex analysis and interpretation of technology. This paper traces Heidegger's interpretation of technology from the text "The Question Concerning Technology" in order to grasp the essence of modern technology as a framework and as destiny.
