Antonia Rados, one of the most prominent German-speaking television reporters, addresses the fundamental questions of war and crisis journalism. Often, they provide us with only a small glimpse of a complex reality. Moreover, reporters must never forget that they themselves are mortal. Why do reporters voluntarily risk their lives, something that is not always understandable to outsiders? What motivates them?
