Furthermore, she distinguishes between job satisfaction and happiness in organizations, raising clear criticism of the construct of job satisfaction and prompting reflection. With a model that systematizes barriers to happiness in organizations, she paves the way for companies and researchers to systematically dismantle these barriers in the future, thereby contributing to an increase in the experience of happiness.
