Since there is now a concerted effort from all sides to improve bee pastures through the planting of honey and bee-friendly plants, a guide and advisor is necessary for many who wish to engage in such good work. On one hand, to better understand these plants, and on the other hand, to cultivate them correctly and use them advantageously for the intended purposes. To assist in this regard, I wrote this work, aiming to list all the plants known to be favored by bees that thrive in our climate, to provide information on their cultivation and care, and at the same time to point out their other properties and secondary benefits. The Verlag der Wissenschaften publishes historical literature by well-known and lesser-known scientific authors.
