Product details
The persistently high unemployment rate in Germany represents one of the central economic policy problems of our time. Against this backdrop, it seems necessary to discuss alternative solutions alongside traditional approaches to combating unemployment. This work addresses the redesign of the remuneration system into a share economy, where employees participate in the company's success. Based on newer labor market theories, an analysis of the employment effects of performance-based pay is conducted first. Subsequently, the economic and collective bargaining prerequisites for implementing a share economy are examined, and proposals for concrete implementation at the operational level are presented.
