Wonderfully white, alien world

Every winter the Moomins hibernate. But this time Moomin wakes up and can't go back to sleep. Luckily there is Too-ticki, who lives in the bathhouse. This makes the strange, cold white world less lonely. And soon all kinds of creatures come to Moomin Valley because they are hungry and cold. They all find shelter in the Moomin house and are fed through with the jam supplies.
The special qualities of the Moomin family - hospitality and kindness - also help in this situation. Moomin shares the warmth of his house and the family's food supplies with all the strange creatures that pass by. And when spring announces itself and the Moomin mother wakes up, all is well again.
