Hearing, seeing, smelling, feeling, tasting - what would we do without our senses? To provide all students with fundamental knowledge about their five senses (What senses are there? What do they look like? What can I do with them?) and to give them the opportunity to train their senses accordingly, this volume offers simple and clearly designed teaching materials as well as a variety of action-oriented lesson ideas and games for sensory training. The materials have been specifically designed for students with intellectual disabilities and offer tasks for both children with and without reading skills.
