We meet her as an au pair in London, on summer vacation in Bad Aussee, or as an elderly lady in Ecuador. We observe her daily life, are present at significant events, and follow her on fantastic journeys. She is Gerda, a woman who seems to have always been there and can be everywhere at once. Her stories are told by the Ecuadorian doctor Jorge Oswaldo Muñoz, who clearly enjoys incorporating a few absurd details. An incredibly amusing book that charmingly and energetically demonstrates that anything is possible in some way.
