Karl Brandler-Pracht (1864 - ) was an Austrian actor, author, and one of the most significant astrologers of the 20th century. He taught astrology with a theosophical background through lectures and courses and played a major role in the rediscovery of astrology in German-speaking countries from the second decade of the 20th century.

Horary astrology is the art of understanding what the hour has brought, or the skilled observation of the current quality of time and its themes, and is one of the oldest disciplines in classical astrology.
