Teenagers and adults with learning difficulties need good stories. They should be funny, exciting, and entertaining. And they should revolve around themes that resonate with this target audience. This is the challenge Nina Skauge took on when she began writing and illustrating the Tiger Gang books three years ago. The Tiger Gang series is about five friends: Jana, Tommy, Olle, Kim, and Maren. They are like most other teenagers and young adults, except they need a little more support in their daily lives. They fall in love, they work, they argue, and they find solutions. Together, they experience thrilling adventures. In these three volumes, we get to know the Tiger Gang as they move out of their parents' homes and into a shared apartment. They become more independent and try to navigate everyday life.
