This double volume for the orientation level is a revised edition that meets the new subject requirements - suitable for both G8 and G9: In Schleswig-Holstein, competencies are now mandatory for the first time alongside new content. These have been implemented in the new series Diercke Geography: a stronger focus on competencies, more student orientation, constructivist approaches, reflection phases, and an increase in action-oriented learning. Also new is the clearly defined goal of the subject: to learn how to sustainably shape the present and future of our planet.
