The book conveys current approaches to digitalization in companies and demonstrates how digitalization projects can be successfully and securely implemented in practice. Starting from the description of a changing value creation and working environment, it illustrates through application scenarios the changes that accompany digitalization: new business models and processes are established, the development of products changes, as does the interaction with customers, leading to new opportunities as well as new risks.
