Abstract: Summary: Introduction: A sea of new forms of movement is surging towards Germany. The ability to connect with the entire world at any time opens up unprecedented opportunities in all areas of life. The sports and movement culture of Europe also benefits from this. New sports arrive in Germany at irregular intervals. Many of these sports are quickly marketed by the economy and thus tested for their viability in society. Young, school-age individuals, in particular, are trying out new, promising sports. This should be seen as a positive sign, as our consumer society is increasingly at risk of becoming a society lacking in physical activity.
