Women who choose both career and family face a double burden. This situation leaves many feeling perplexed, as working mothers must manage the spatial separation of their professional and domestic spheres as well as the transition between family and work logic. In the workplace, they must withstand pressure for efficiency and complete tasks purposefully and accurately within set timeframes. At home, however, household duties and family care follow different rules. Children require attention, warmth, calm, and security. The state responds inadequately to this situation, demanding more women in leadership positions under the guise of a supposed equality mandate. At the same time, there is a growing public call for increased birth rates. As a result, the confusion among those affected continues to grow.
