The aim of this paper is to create an information system for municipal administration. The use of the information system should only require open-source software to keep costs for licenses and software procurement as low as possible. For this purpose, a web GIS solution is recommended. Only one license for a central server is needed. All user locations can then access it via a simple web browser. The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) has developed a series of standards aimed at making geo-data available through so-called geo-data services via web technologies. Some of these services will be considered for this work. To keep the program portable, extensible, and open, it is necessary to integrate various cadastral formats in different data formats.
