Product details

The gap between corporate and labor income has been widening for years. The law promoting employee capital participation aims to change this by providing companies with an incentive to involve employees more in productive assets than before. Wanja Daniel Dröse compares well-known models of direct employee capital participation in this study, taking into account the changes in the law that came into effect in April 2009, and filters out the suitable model based on established criteria. The newly anchored fund for employee capital participation in the InvG is also included in his analysis. A key criterion for the sought-after capital participation model is that it specifically targets employees covered by collective agreements who have a low risk appetite.
