Product details

As a sounding buzzword, mobbing is often understood only as a pathological field of relationships that experts from psychology, medicine, and sociology must address. This study aims to dispel this misconception: the causes, consequences, and solutions of mobbing in the workplace, which have been scarcely studied to date, are analyzed comprehensively, and the value of this approach is demonstrated. Work is becoming increasingly important in life and is thus accompanied by a stronger power to impose sanctions. What is expressed as human and individual suffering can also reflect economic dimensions for companies: employees respond with declining performance and low motivation. However, mobbing is more multifaceted; productivity increases and potential savings offer a contrasting perspective.
