Product details

The field of organizational identity research is considered one of the core themes in organizational studies. Many challenges that theory and practice must face are directly or indirectly influenced by the perception and shaping of the company's identity itself. From personnel selection and retention to motivation, employee leadership, and HR policies, as well as major strategic issues, there is hardly an area that does not need to address the question of "Who are we?" and its own identity. The far-reaching consequences and exciting manifestations that arise from engaging with this question are illustrated in this book. Designed as a collection of essays on the topic of organizational identity, this work was created by students from the University of Kassel as part of a pilot project on academic work and publishing.
