In contrast to discrimination in schools, the disadvantage faced by migrant youth in vocational education has received little attention so far. This volume presents the current state of empirical research on the causes and extent of workplace discrimination. The discrimination of migrant youth in vocational education represents a socio-political scandal and a violation of anti-discrimination law. It becomes clear that this is not merely a secondary consequence of school disadvantages, but a distinct issue in its own right.
