Our lives are shaped by gender concepts, and it is therefore not really surprising that the gender roles presented in film and television influence our thinking. Especially for political science cultural studies, film analyses can be very valuable. This study focuses on the staging and representation of femininity in films by Quentin Tarantino. The films examined are Kill Bill, Parts 1 and 2, Death Proof, and Inglourious Basterds.
