This work provides many valuable insights and exercises to gain a deeper understanding of the original essence of sound and thus of oneself. In addition to the creation and structuring of personal sound journeys, it highlights the significance and holistic effects of the tones of well-tempered tuning, along with intervals and scales – a unique approach in this form. The work and interaction with groups, as well as its application in individual therapy, are presented in detail, and the optimal presentation in various spaces is demonstrated. In the practical section, the author has thematically based the sound journeys on the four elements of water, fire, air, and earth as foundational pillars of human existence, thus creating a tool for every sound worker. Overall, the reader will find over 30 new practical exercises in addition to many others.
