Product details
Ethnically influenced, successful entrepreneurship by migrants is not a new phenomenon. Jews in Europe, Chinese in Australia, Italians in Switzerland, and Turks in Germany are just a few examples of migration that has primarily occurred for economic reasons. When migrants attempt to start a business in their new homeland, they encounter various barriers and peculiarities. This work aims to address these issues by examining the situation of Albanian, Turkish, and Italian entrepreneurs in Switzerland. Through extensive literature research, a model specifically developed for this topic, and a qualitative-quantitative research approach, this study makes an important contribution to future research.
