Exciting crime stories and thrillers with and without murder, touching love stories, mystical tales from Dithmarschen's history, a bit of folklore, and also atmospheric poetry - despite the diverse contributions of the 18 authors in this book, they share three commonalities: They are all guests of the Open Reading Stage in Meldorf, which regularly takes place under the moderation of the literary network Textfabrique51 at the cultural pub Bornholdt, where they presented their own texts during the first year of this event. They all write about the region where they live or with which they have other connections. And all their contributions contain - more or less openly - declarations of love for Dithmarschen, its landscape, its coast, its people, and its unique characteristics.
