Joshie has a dream: he wants to become the world's best inventor. When he hears about a competition, he immediately gets to work. Some attempts fail, but when he finds a blue-shimmering meteorite, he successfully builds a flying skateboard. However, this is just the beginning of the greatest adventure: a rival inventor steals his flying board, and retrieving it becomes a race against time due to the approaching competition.
