Product details

The scent of the sea doesn't automatically mean summer. This romantic love story is set against the idyllic backdrop of France. Camille is looking forward to a few carefree days in Brittany. However, the fact that her friends Falko and Greta are joined by Samir, with whom she still has unresolved issues, stirs mixed feelings in her. Nevertheless, she decides not to let anything ruin her time in the picturesque Penmarch, and soon feels at home with the two charming and quirky old Frenchmen in her neighborhood, who have plenty of stories to tell – especially when Falko makes her feel butterflies in her stomach. But then a storm hits the idyllic coastal town, catching Camille off guard on her way to the village. Her friends are in a frenzy, particularly one of them. This is a reissue of the title "The Scent of the Sea Doesn't Automatically Mean Summer," which was previously published under the pseudonym Laura Albers. All volumes in this series can be read independently.

First reader reviews: "So light and fresh – perfect for summer!" "A great idea: four singles, a dream vacation, and lots of romantic entanglements." "I love reading Laura Albers' novels and I'm thrilled with this one too!" "The story brings heart palpitations and butterflies in the stomach."
