Over the past ten years, TPI® has proven to be the leading method for assessing the maturity of a company's or project's testing process. With TPI NEXT®, the further development of the model is now available in a German version. The strengths of the classic model (core areas, maturity levels, control points, improvement suggestions, and incremental improvement) have been retained and even further enhanced in the new model. The improvements that now characterize the business-based nature of TPI NEXT® are the groupings and the enablers. Since the business drivers are company-dependent and change over time, the business-based TPI model is flexible and adaptable. It can be used alongside TMap®, the world's leading testing method from Sogeti, as well as with any other testing method.
