Women in Afghanistan are expected to be as invisible as possible - this does not stop Latifa Nabizada from fulfilling her dream: she becomes a pilot. However, her country is irreparably torn apart, and she finds herself caught in the crossfire and in the sights of the Taliban. They see her as a thorn in their side - especially when she takes her own daughter with her in the helicopter and shows her from the air the country she loves and the people for whose future she fights every day.
