Learning languages and reading literature, or vice versa: reading literature and learning languages is the proposal and offering of the dtv bilingual series. With this educational method, one can start very early, in fact, right away. The reading books of Italian elementary schools contain many charming little texts, ranging from the first coherent sentences to the first truly literary stories. From these texts and the translations printed alongside them, we have created a pocketbook that is as entertaining and enjoyable as it is interesting and educational, a reading booklet that progresses from easy to not yet difficult for Italian beginners. Adults will have just as much fun as children; the difference is smaller than one might think.
