Marcel Gade compares the terms and conditions regulations of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the UN Sales Law (CISG) with those of the non-state frameworks of the UNIDROIT Principles (PICC), Principles of European Contract Law (PECL), the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR), as well as the proposal for a Common European Sales Law presented by the EU Commission and its preliminary draft, the feasibility study for the introduction of a European Contract Law.
