The series of social policy writings publishes monographs and collected volumes on social policy topics from various disciplinary perspectives. Individual branches of social insurance or social benefit systems are examined in terms of their history of origin and development, their changes, or their legal, economic, and social effects. Other studies focus on overarching questions regarding the transformation of social policy ideals and ideas, social policy challenges and solutions, actor-related policy field analyses, or political and historical questions of ideas. Both studies on German social policy and international or internationally comparative studies are welcome.
