Customization and flexibility are key terms in corporate personnel policy that are becoming increasingly important. This primarily concerns flexible working hours and variable compensation systems, but also includes diversity management, which primarily deals with employee diversity. This collection presents selected areas of diversity management that were discussed at the International Managing Diversity Conference (IMDC) in Potsdam: diversity management as a personnel policy and strategic concept, focal points and subjects of diversity management, intercultural aspects of diversity management, and training aspects in diversity management.
