Space Wonders in the Alps

In a handy square format, this book presents 35 special new mini-buildings in the Alps. They come from star alpine architects like Matteo Thun and Armando Ruinelli, as well as newcomers like OFIS. Fascinating residential homes and tiny houses are included, along with other elegantly reduced "small" construction tasks: alpine huts, tree houses, bathing pavilions, small shelters, summit bars, and a chapel for skiers. Additionally, a museum and a concert hall in XS format showcase the innovative architecture of the alpine region. Alongside mostly newly photographed projects from Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy, the book also features successful architectures from France and Slovenia.
