With the specially created, innovative group therapy program "Easier Living - for my sake," the experienced authors place long-term health-related resource promotion at the center of the treatment for psychiatric patients. Based on the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM®), the program offers (partial) inpatient and outpatient patients the opportunity to mindfully and resource-oriented address a health-damaging behavior pattern. The overarching goals of the group therapy are to build self-management competence and to develop increasing self-care. The focus is on both mental and physical health - accordingly, the health-related topics cover a wide range: boundary setting, work-life balance, motivation difficulties, lack of exercise, and dealing with pseudo-resources.
