Furios tells the story of people driven by the desire for recognition, money, and power - and who almost tragically fail in their pursuits. It presents a grand societal panorama of our time. The rise of the brilliant manager François Vély seems unstoppable, until his ex-wife jumps out of a window upon learning that he intends to remarry. Following this tragedy, it is discovered that his new partner is involved in an affair with an officer who returns home from Afghanistan completely traumatized. Additionally, a media coup turns against Vély, accusing him of racism and sexism. As he finds himself at the end of his personal and professional life, it is none other than the politician Osman Diboula who comes to his defense - despite Diboula being known as a spokesperson against a white societal elite. A few weeks later, all parties involved meet in Iraq.
