Feng Yun Fat, owner of the Chinese restaurant "Hongkong-Drache" in Hamburg-Altona, hires the detective agency Rabe & Adler to search for his best specialty chef, Wang Shuo, who has disappeared without a trace. Yun Fat intended to promote him to the head of a new gourmet establishment and make him a culinary star. However, Lenina Rabe and her partner Nadine Adler, who skillfully use Confucian proverbs as well as deliver Asian martial arts strikes, encounter inexplicable rejection from the community of Chinese chefs. Soon, they learn about a special regulation for Asian specialty chefs that facilitates the issuance of work permits but leaves the restaurant owner, who is responsible for their entry, at their mercy. As a result, slave-like conditions prevail in the underground of the colorful Chinese restaurant business.
