It is no surprise to see in Kenichi Murata's photos what one might call "princesses," stretched out on an old sofa or on the floor amidst withered leaves - heirs of ancient fairy tales. Like abandoned princesses in the 12th century, they await the man who will come to rescue them. While they wait, they dream, play, and caress each other in the candlelight.
