Paul Münch's "Pälzisch Weltgeschicht" really doesn't need any special introduction for the people of the Palatinate. This book, which has been called the "cheeriest little book ever published in the Palatinate," has maintained its well-deserved place in Palatine dialect literature for generations and is still regarded as a true Palatine folk and household book. Unfortunately, it has not been available for quite some time. Friends of this "cheerful book" will surely welcome the recent reissue of this Palatine classic. By a fortunate coincidence, the timing of the re-release of this genuine Palatine classic even falls in the year that marks the 125th anniversary of Paul Münch's birth!.
