Product details
Histamine intolerance is a complex of symptoms with many faces. It can affect the gastrointestinal tract, but also other organ systems such as the skin, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, or the nervous-sensory system. The cause is the accumulation of too much histamine, a tissue hormone. For laypersons, there is still little literature that takes the concerns of those affected seriously. The author herself suffers from a severe form of the disease and systemic mastocytosis. She shares her own experiences and offers suggestions for the initial severe phase of the illness.
