Almost a decade after the first edition of their book "Property, Interest, and Money" (1996, 6th edition Metropolis 2009), the two authors have rewritten the theory of property, interest, and money. The continuation of the approach is succinctly and precisely presented as "Property Economics" and replaces the supplementary volume published in 2002, which is no longer current, for the new edition of the 1996 book. The debates since the first edition, which have already led to two anthologies alongside numerous individual critiques and developments, are thoroughly considered up to the present day.
