Heiko Evert, rightly referred to as the "Poet with the Camera," was born in Hamburg in 1941. As a child and teenager, he spent his holidays in North Frisia. He studied at the University of Applied Sciences for Design in Hamburg and is now working as an advertising graphic designer and photo designer with his own studio in Hamburg. Photography has always remained a hobby for him, alongside his professional work, where the mastery of the expert merges with the joy of capturing the landscape. Heiko Evert has received both national and international awards. With this photo book, he continues the theme of his previously published, now out-of-print photo book "North Frisia - Impressions of a Landscape," which was also released by Husum Verlag.
