Why are some parties and representatives considered the "black sheep" of Parliament? And how do rhetorical coalitions form beyond official government boundaries? The author examines these questions in a contemporary discourse analysis of the debates surrounding the Federal Climate Protection Act from 2019 to 2024. She demonstrates how linguistic alliances between parties are formed, stabilized, transformed, and shape parliamentary debate. The study reveals that political collaboration arises not only in formal coalitions but also in language, distinctions, and recurring narrative patterns.
