It all began with gynecological self-examination using a speculum and mirror. Then, women established spaces where they could develop their own relationship with their bodies, their sexuality, and their health—free from any male control. After 40 years of global engagement and many successful struggles, it is now time for Rina Nissim to tell the story of the women's self-help movement. This way, young women can learn about the important insights and continue to have the opportunity to act according to their own needs.
