Our Ten Guiding Principles

We present to you ten guiding principles that make every meeting something special – for the cause at hand, for the participants, and for you as well. These principles reflect our reorientation of methods and, above all, the ongoing work and engagement with ourselves. Despite constant self-doubt, we have moved away from many theories and approaches that we previously relied on. For example, how can one recognize group needs when each participant requires something different? Working with extremely heterogeneous groups in an ever-changing world can no longer succeed with methods from more stable times, when homogeneity was the goal. We offer a comprehensive theory for dealing with diversity and uncertainties – in organizations, groups, and also within yourself.
