In order for coexistence with others not to resemble a 'war of all against all', but to proceed in a reliably organized manner, behavioral guidelines, especially laws, are necessary. However, in the state of modern industrial society, this condenses into a complex web of norms that can easily confuse the uninformed. To address this, this introduction aims to focus on important fundamental questions and concepts of law and encourage the association of individual, often scattered regulations with common fundamental issues.
