This introduction to the history of Christianity employs a new concept compared to chronological representations: In three central thematic blocks, church historical developments are addressed in their regional diversity. Starting from times and spaces (history of expansion), the relationship between church and world/state is examined over time, and finally, the internal development of Christianity (church offices, doctrinal development and councils, monasticism and orders) is outlined. An exciting design that presents the known and unknown in a new light.
