The present volume concludes the presentation of physical theory in its interrelations. The attempt to highlight the difficult problems of a theory of macroscopic processes without assuming too much mathematics from the reader had to be made in this volume in order to tear down the prevalent obscuration of these problems behind buzzwords. Problems related to physics also needed to be addressed. In this context, it should be noted that the handwritten draft of the "Dialogue" was already completed in July 1977 and was deliberately not changed, although some developments since then could have prompted revisions. I thank the publisher for their understanding in accepting expansions of scope and delays, thus enabling this coherent presentation.
