The concept of the workbooks is aligned with the new curriculum of the vocational school in NRW and is structured competently according to learning fields. The focal point of the textbook-independent workbooks is the student kiosk "Café Krümel," where students can grasp the processes in a trading company on a manageable scale. The humorous design of the student café and its staff and customer base fosters a strong identification of the students with the protagonists. As a result, they engage deeply with the depicted processes and experience that even topics perceived as dry can be taught in an entertaining manner. The three planned volumes each cover the learning fields as follows: Business processes in the company: Learning fields 1-4 Business processes in the company & Persona.
