Enne von Lilienthal, a former crime analyst for the LKA Berlin, discovers a body at the Stahnsdorf Southwest Cemetery that doesn't belong there. Her son Maik, a chief inspector with the Potsdam police, is not thrilled that his retired mother is interfering in the investigation. However, to catch the murderer, they must work together. The clues lead into the recent past and further to the foreign intelligence service of the GDR. But then the case takes an unexpected turn...
