After four failed murder attempts around historical landmarks, a state of emergency has been declared in the otherwise tranquil town of Andernach. The homicide division in Koblenz is investigating, but Chief Inspector Carsten Fink from the local police station feels personally challenged as the man on the ground and conducts his own inquiries.
