The book is intended for anyone who wants to learn technical English. However, it is not suitable for beginners. School English is a prerequisite. The book is suitable for a one-semester course as well as for self-study. The text is designed to be as simple as possible, avoiding complicated sentence structures. This means that the book can also be used in technical and vocational schools. The present edition has been supplemented by a chapter on the basics of robotics and a discussion situation. A German/English vocabulary is also new. The index and appendices I-III have been expanded.
